  1. Payment Method
    All payments must be made via bank transfer to the designated account provided by Micropharma (M) Sdn Bhd.

  2. Proof of Payment
    Customers are required to attach the bank-in slip as proof of payment. This must be submitted via WhatsApp to our official contact number immediately after the transfer.

  3. Refund Policy
    Refunds for bank transfer payments will be determined solely by Micropharma (M) Sdn Bhd, based on the nature of the transaction and supporting evidence provided.

    • Refunds are not guaranteed unless valid proof of payment is submitted.
    • Micropharma (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its discretion.
  4. Responsibility
    Micropharma (M) Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details or failure to submit proof of payment.
