Shipping

Orders made in Malaysian Currency (MYR) will only be shipped to West and East Malaysia.

We may combine orders with large quantities of custom models into a single shipment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for Micropharma to process your order. Your item(s) will then be shipped within the following 5–7 business days upon order confirmation. (Delivery to rural areas may subject to an additional 3 business days.)

Shipment dates are estimates according to our carriers. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected delay (i.e. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please note that there may be additional shipping time to receive your order.

An order confirmation containing tracking details will be sent to your email address once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. At Micropharma, we strive to cater to your request to the best of our abilities. However, under certain circumstances, we may need to refund your item's paid price amount instead.

Prior to the refund being processed, you may have received an e-mail from us explaining the situation.

Highlighted below are certain instances as to why this may have occurred:

The item you ordered / requested an exchange for was out of stock
The item you ordered / requested an exchange for was defective
The item you ordered was unable to be fulfilled by the Seller in time
